   b) To appoint 2 members to the Wrekin Area Committee of SALC
   c)  Appoint 2 members to the Newport Regeneration (1 with voiting
   rights)

10. Confirm Cheque signatories.
11. Approve payments made on March 14^th 2025

12. Review and agree the Financial Statement for 2024/25
    a) Income and Expenditure Statement 01/04/24 to 31/03/25
13. b) Bank Reconciliation Statement to 31/03/25Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2024/25
    i)      Review and approve the Certificate of Exemption
    ii)     Review and approve the Annual Governance Statement
    iii)   Review and approve the Accounting Statements
    iv)    Review and note the Internal Auditor Report
    v)      Note arrangement for Public Rights and Publication
14. Consider for approval the following payments
    i) Subscription to Shropshire Association of Local Councils
    ii)         Parish Online payment – renewal now due
    iii)        Council insurance (renewal due 1^st June 2025)
15. Consider a grant request from Chetwynd Parish Church
16. Parish Councillors Report
17. Telford and Wrekin Reports – Cllr Burrell
18. Planning – consider any current application and receive reports on planning issue.
19. Confirm that the dates of future meetings will be Monday 14^th July 2025; Monday 13^th October 2025; Monday 12^th January 2026 and Monday 11^th May 2026.
